Stand in the location where Brooks crosses the road after being released from prison on his way to the Brewer Hotel.  Located on the east corner of Fifth Street and Main Street in downtown Mansfield.

Leaving the Bissman Building, get into the right hand lane. On the left corner of Fifth and Main Streets is the location where Brooks crossed the road.  Distance from Bissman Building: 322 ft.
