Andy’s Conviction

Wyandot County Courthouse

Temporarily closed to public due to COVID-19. You may take pictures of the outside of the building.

As you enter the courtroom, imagine Andy standing in front of the judge as he’s sentenced for murdering his wife and her lover. Scenes shot here appear early on in the film, setting the stage for one of the greatest American movies to date. This location is approximately 45 minutes west of Mansfield, Ohio and a little over an hour’s drive from Ashland, Ohio.

Call ahead to check on availability of going inside the actual courtroom. If court is in session, the courtroom is not available, but you can still see and walk around the inside of the Wyandot County Courthouse.
